We are currently seeking a FT Social Worker LIP to work in our O/P Behavioral Health Team. As an independent clinician and within the scope of practice, you’ll be responsible for an advanced level of social work, providing psychiatric/medical evaluation and consultation, clinical risk assessments, care plan development, diagnosis of behavioral health conditions, care coordination, writing of orders for behavior management, assessment regarding need for consultation by psychiatry, care management and disposition planning.
