Tele caller is responsible for answering incoming calls while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. They will need to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition, they should have basic computer skills. Tele caller must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills.
