Director of Magnet & Psychiatry
This is an opportunity to use your experienc! e to lead
the hospital through their Magnet Journey.
Hospital: 600+ bed not-for-profit, faith-based hospital
system that is currently embarking on the Magnet
Journey. This is a newly created position that oversees
the Magnet Journey as well as at 150+ bed psychiatry
hospital. 200+ FTE's.
Salary: $100-120K with excellent benefits.
Requirements: BSN and Master’s required. 5+ years in a
leadership/management role. Experience with leading a
Magnet Journey is a must! Experience in psychiatry a
plus, but not required.
Location: Located in the Great Outdoors of the Pacific
Northwest. Offering the best in small town living close
to many recreational opportunities such as whitewater
rafting, kayaking, and fly-fishing. If you enjoy the
nightlife, this area offers late evening shopping,
nightclubs, tasting rooms, and many dining options.
