Casey Auto Group is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative/Appointment Coordinator for immediate hire to join our team in Newport News! The shifts are 10 hour days with 3 days off a week! 40 hour work week with an hour lunch.
Responsibilities
The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for making the required number of daily phone calls, for scheduling service appointments for customers and ensuring each customer is treated in a professional manner that promotes the customer’s importance to the company, and for meeting appointment quotas for customers.

Requirements and Skills
- Previous call center experience a plus, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer skills
- Goal oriented and able to focus on completing tasks
- Ability to set appointments based on high number of internet and phone contacts
- Able to effectively work with management teams at all levels
- At least one previous role based in customer service
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
