Looking to work either Mon-Fri and no weekends or condensed shifts? Then we have the job for you in SE WA!! We are in need of 2 FNPs for their family practice clinics, a Psychiatric NP, and a FNP for their Urgent Care.
FNP Clinic --Mon-Fri 8-5, no weekends, no nights, no holidays. All the patients will be outpatient cases and they can expect to see between 20-2! 5 patients a day. There is some OB involved. Loan repayment ma! y be an option. New grads are encouraged to apply!
FNP Urgent Care --Mon-Wed 7a-7p. Can get very busy during peak seasons (ie-flu season) and could see upwards of 60-70 patients in a day. You are the sole provider at the Urgent Care. All emergencies are sent to the local hospital. New grads are encouraged to apply. There is no loan repayment with this position however they do have a bonus plan in place.
Psychiatric NP â€"Will be working with 1 Psychiatrist. Rotate between two locations. Appointments typically last an hour. It's a clinic position, day shift, Mon-Fri. Primarily diagnosis and medication management as well as some clinical leadership in the department. It really is too busy here to do much therapy other than in the medication management sessions themselves. Minimum 1 yr of experience. Unit details: Outpatient, Ages 6 and up, 10 to 12 patients per day, 30 minutes for med checks, 1 ½ hours for evaluations, one new evaluation per day except on T! uesdays where there might be two, notes are dictated. Will work with 15 Counselors, clinical supervisors, case managers, therapists and 3 nurses who triage calls, do refills, follow up on lab work, hand out samples etc.
These facilities are all part of a Federally Qualified Health Center. You will see patients with insurance, with Medicare, Medicaid and some with no insurance at all. There is a large Hispanic population here as well. Must be comfortable with all of this.
Client will accept new grads and experienced candidates, however, candidates MUST be Family Nurse Practitioners.
Client covers all interviewing expenses, relocation allowance is offered, and CMEs are covered.
