Summary
We are recruiting for a full time BE/BC Child and Adolescent psychiatrist for our area community mental health center. The child psychiatrist works with an interdisciplinary treatment team serving some of the area’s most vulnerable citizens. Our agency is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit comprehensive community mental health center. We have served Cowlitz County since 1953. Our patients predominantly have severe psychiatric disorders and additional life circumstances requiring support.! We have a full range of recovery-oriented treatments includin! g outpatient individual and group therapies, case management and DBT. Services for Children and Families include traditional outpatient therapies as well as services provided in our patients' homes and schools, and an Infant Mental Health program.
There is no state income tax in Washington. A comprehensive benefits package is included, with generous paid time off.
Pay and Benefits
Annual salary range DOQ $150,000 to $170,000 per year
3 weeks of vacation to start, 4 weeks after 1 year, 5 weeks after 4 years
12 days sick leave
10 paid holidays

Job Structure
40-hour workweek
Monday, through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Medication assessment and management (adults)
Outpatient only, no c! all
90-minute intake assessments, 30-minute follow-ups
Team treatment environment, several therapists and case managers on staff
Report to Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Cesar Rafano, MD
Medical Department includes 2 MD, 1 PA, 1 RN, 3 LPN and 1 Case Manager
