We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide mental health evaluations, counseling, general psychotherapy, and treatment services for children (ages 6 and up), adolescents and adults. This is a great opportunity for a provider who is an independent, self-starter desiring an out-patient counseling/psychotherapy practice and stimulating work environment with no need for case management services. Your practice will be based at our Totem Lake Clinic, enriched with challenging and diverse patients. PMC provides a supportive multi-disciplinary practice! of primary care physicians, psychiatrists and psychotherapist! s for the provider who is interested in building strong relationships with our primary care referral base.

Qualified applicants must have a LICSW degree from an accredited program and be licensed by the State of Washington. Three or more years of experience strongly preferred. Experience with eating disorders and substance abuse is preferred. Specific training and experience in the provision of outpatient mental health services is required as well as a commitment to using focused, evidence-based treatment modalities.
