Harrison Medical Center, headquartered in Bremerton, WA, has an exciting practice opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiac Ane! sthesiologist located at Harrison Medical Center- part of the award-winning Heart & Vascular Center at Harrison.

As an employed physician, you will provide comprehensive anesthesia services focused exclusively on cardiothoracic surgery and will participate in Department of Anesthesia meetings, Department of Anesthesia quality improvement activities that are related to quality improvement, standardization of practice, process improvement, and cost reduction initiatives for the cardiothoracic service line.

You will provide coverage for first call and rounding responsibilities on post-operative cardiac and cardiothoracic cases that are in the ICU for one weekend per month. Such call is provided with the availability of the cardiothoracic surgeon as second call or for surgical matters and with the assistance of an ARNP and PA-C on the cardiothoracic surgery team. You will also provide close supervision of patient care in the ICU in the immediate post-operative! phase for cardiac and cardiothoracic cases.
