Within an hour's drive, you can reach mountains for hiking and skiing, beaches for relaxing and weekend getaways to suit every taste.Offer DetailsIncome Details: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package with an excellent working environment which fosters open communication and team work.Job DescriptionVirginia Mason Medical Center centrally located in downtown Seattle, Washington is recruiting a full time psychiatrist to practice at our outpatient main campus clinic as well as in one of our satellite clinics.The psychiatrist will be responsible for the delivery of high quality psychiatric care in an outpatient setting, Monday through Friday.
Most common diagnoses treated are depression, anxiety, and ADD. The practice is primarily medication management. Excellent opportunity with primary focus on caring for patients in a collegial team environment with superb support staff, easy access to primary care and specialists, and very reasonable outpatient call coverage.The ideal candidate will be an exceptional clinician with excellent communication and team building skills with a strong commitment to patient and team-centered care. Preference given for candidates with a minimum of two years post-residency experience, able to work independently, experienced with EMRs, and enjoys working in a team environment.
