Back Office Advisor - Spanish Speaking
Your tasks
Act as second-line support for our first-line advisors, guiding the customers through their journey
Manage several specialized and administrative back-end tasks related to order management, insurance, payment process, claim management, GDPR, etc.
Act as a liaison between several internal and external stakeholders
Engage in problem-solving and process improvement
What you should have
A service and sales mindset
Great attention to detail
Good computer skills
Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English
Live in/around Maastricht or willing to move to the area

For this role, the starting gross monthly salary is 2,502 EUR.
