We’re looking for a Management Assistant within The Chief Medical Office (CMO).
The Chief Medical Office (CMO) makes it possible for Mölnlycke to launch and maintain world-leading solutions on the market, by acting as a vital bridge between Mölnlycke and the healthcare, regulatory and quality environments.
In this role you will report directly to the Global QA (Quality Assurance) Director, whilst also supporting the RA (Regulatory Affairs) Director and their wider leadership teams. The position is based at our Head Office in Gothenburg.
About the role
As a Management Assistant you will support the Global QA and RA management with proactive administration which will allow them to manage their roles more efficiently.
You are an efficient and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple top priorities at once, including but not limited to manage meetings, administrative tasks, organization, legalization/notarization of documents and high-level support assistance. This role is perfect for you who likes to take initiative and can drive your own processes.
Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to;
- Provide administrative support and service to Global QA and Global RA in order to facilitate and make more effective both the daily work and the long-term business operation.
- Secure professional arrangement of conferences, external meetings and business meetings.
- Arrange and plan business trips for both the Global QA Dir and the Global RA Director, ensuring good travel planning and cost efficiency.
- Ensure professional QA and RA Leadership Team meetings, preparing agendas and following up on actions.
- Ensure both QALT and RALT team repositories and intranet sites are updated on a regular basis
- Support QA Director and RA Director on specific tasks related to the functions
- Ensure notarization and/or legalization of documentation needed for regulatory submission are handled in an efficient way
- Collect documentation needed for product submissions as guided by Regulatory Affairs

As a person, you are willing to take responsibility and own the outcome. You are a team player and willing to constantly develop yourself and ways of working. You are structured, organized and detailed-oriented and display high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Min 3-year experience in similar role within multinational organization, and supporting Director level
- Minimum 2 years of post-high school education
- Additional qualifications as a personal assistant would be considered an advantage (i.e. communication skills, additional education, languages, financial experience, event management etc)
- Structured, organized with strong administrative skills
- Ability to apply knowhow and experience in a creative way
- Experience form working in regulated global environment
