Harrison Health Partners , part of Harrison Medical Center, headquartered in Bremerton, WA, has several exciting practice opportunities for bo! ard-certified or board-eligible physicians specializing in family medicine. Harrison Health Partners is the employed physician network of Harrison Medical Center, comprised of nearly 60 providers, across 14 clinic locations in waterfront communities of Bremerton, Belfair, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, Forks, and Silverdale.
Due to increasing patient demand and network expansion we are adding several family practitioners to our staff. You will work collaboratively with other primary care providers and specialists within your clinic and throughout the Harrison network. Working in a team-oriented environment and within the scope of your specialty, you will direct and provide patient care for a broad range of clinical presentations. As a leader of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive, coordinated, and supportive care to patients and their families. Working alongside mid-level providers, you will serve in a supervisory, consultative, and collaborative manne! r. This role manages long-term chronic medical conditions, and! provides preventive care as appropriate to each patient.
