Property Manager - HUD Experience
Seeking an experienced full-time Property Manager with HUD experience. This beautiful 163-unit, 13-story apartment building is in Santa Monica. The property has a very low turnover rate and no rent delinquencies.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, resident relations, processing move-ins, rent collection and processing, waitlist management, unit inspections, vendor management, leasing, and keeping the community clean, safe, and appealing always. Working knowledge of office technology and equipment is required. HUD Experience is required.
REQUIREMENTS:

Project-Based Section 8 Experience- Preferably Bilingual Russian/English speaking but not required
- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience in subsidized housing.
- Computer literacy in OneSite or other property management software, MS Outlook, and Excel.
- CPO or COS certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic math proficiency
- Able to work independently
- Ability to handle pressure due to complexity and time sensitivity
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents.
- Preserve and respect resident and applicant confidentiality.
- Must have a credit history that demonstrates sound financial decision-making, responsibility, and reliability. Background and credit checks will be performed.

Compensation: Depends on experience
