- This position is designed to handling both meeting groups and target on
local Events Organizer for Corporate and Social functions.
- Proactively explore local market for Corporate and Social business
- Have thorough understanding of Quality goals (Catering Shops, Meeting Planner Survey and Employee Satisfaction)

- Target local Events Company for Corporate and Social functions.
- Customize selling approach and upselling to Meeting Planner’s needs to maximize sales.
- Demonstrate appropriate timeliness in getting proposals to client.
- Return all phone calls the same day.
- Provide the highest standards of service without sacrificing quality.
- Provide a defect free and memorable experience for all clients; to be known as the preferred hotel for Meeting groups.
- Always maintain a professional image both in appearance/attire and conduct when dealing with the client and hotel employees.
- Always meet and exceed Meeting Planner’s expectation.
- PeRSONAL PROFILE
At least 3-5 years experience in Catering & Conference Services (preferable in Manager position), working in Dubai is definitely an advantage.
Hotel Management graduate preferable, Sales & Negotiation Skills, Time Management Skill, Food & Beverage knowledge, Upselling Skill

- Great Negotiation and Selling skills.
- Creative and flexible, attention to details.
- Sound background in Catering & Conference
- Great contact base, dynamic, proactively to anticipate guest needs, able to lead the team working towards the same goal.
- Good communication skills and able to adapt changes.
- Great sense with numbers (budget/forecast).
