psychiatric and dual disorders treatment for children, adolescents
and adults as well as two alternative school p! rograms and CD
services. The hospital is located in a quiet residential neighborhood
on the Eastside of Seattle.
The Psychiatric Nurse
Practitioner position is responsible for multiple areas. The
ARNP will round on patients, complete admission screenings for
30 hours a week. In addition the ARNP will assist in
the responding to admission referrals and other requests for
services and information with in the Intake Department for 10 hours a
week. The Psychiatic Nurse Pracititioner also serves as a
credentialed medical staff to provide admission approval as an
on-site medical professional.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Masters of
Nursing from an accredited institution with board certification
in psychiatry. A current Nurse Practitioner WA State
license in good standing. A minimum of one (1) years experience
in medical or mental health setting preferred.
Additional
! Requirements: CPR and CPI certification, obtainable within! 30 days of
hire.
