Job Description
We're seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and interviewing licensed healthcare professionals.
Essential Duties
- Recruit, and interview, candidates using a variety of methods, including phone interviews, job boards, social media, etc.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure that all candidates meet job requirements and/or company standards
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure all new hires are qualified and up to date on policies and procedures
- Ensure that all employees are compliant with company standards and compliance regulations
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including completing background checks, drug screens, E-Verify (when required), and other compliance checks
- Maintain and update the company database with accurate information (including candidate information)
- Update resumes of current employees as needed
- Other duties as assigned
This is a bonus paid position.
Recruiter will be paid for people hired.
Different rates for different positions will apply.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
