Service Operations N&W is responsible for operation and maintenance of wind power plants in Finland. We are characterized by an open culture where cooperation and good communication are the prerequisites for doing a good job. You will have the opportunity to work in a developing industry together with motivated and dedicated colleagues.
Each member of the Service Administration team offers their own skill set to ensure local efficiencies are maintained and alignment to other Vestas SUB's is met. This position is temporary until 30.08.2024 but there is a possibility of an extension.
Responsibilities
The aim of the role is to support the business and its growth by handling administrative tasks in regard to accounts receivables, accounts payables, Technicians and Field Supervisors and van stocks.
The job will, amongst others include:
- Handle and administer accounts payable related tasks such as maintaining vendors and PO in the system
- Matching PO with invoices, including performing goods receipt for correct payment to suppliers
- Support Technicians and Field Supervisors in administrative tasks such as warehouse support, PPE, service van administration and health checks
- Local support to our shared Service Department in Philippines and Poland on account receivables and account payables
- Support and follow up on FRAME, rental, leasing, local supply agreements
Qualifications
- Finance or Business admin related education or relevant experience
- Good in English and Finnish language both written and orally
- Computer literate and good skills in Microsoft office
- SAP literate

- Structured and organised way of handling tasks and managing your daily work, excellent multitasking skills alongside a very strong attention to detail
- Finance knowledge and understanding
- Ability to communicate on different levels and with different stakeholders in Vestas matrix organisation
- Process minded approach but still very solution orientated
- Self-motivated and self-going
- Basic contract knowledge
- Basic understanding of the service business
