We are looking for! an Account Manager to Launch a Product in the CNS therapeutic class.

Touchpoint Solutions has partnered with a biopharmaceutical company, based in the East Coast, to build a sales force and launch a pharmaceutical product. Our client is focused on the development and commercialization of products for the treatment of central nervous system disorders to address unmet needs with the goal to bring important new treatment options to patients.
The company is made up of highly experienced medical and business experts in their field generating a portfolio of clinical and commercial stage programs.
As an
Account Manager,
you will apply your strong entrepreneurial sales background to launch a CNS pharmaceutical product and drive sales. The Account Manager will be responsible for providing medical education to various specialty physicians and engaging! customers using clinical information as the foundation for a ! patient-focused sales approach. This opportunity provides a competitive compensation package driven by an exceptional bonus plan, great benefits, and a car allowance.
Requirements
BS/BA degree required, MA or MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
2 years of district management experience in the health care industry
Account management or institutional sales experience a plus
Ability to work effectively independently and in an interdependent, team-oriented environment on a consistent basis
Orphan drug experience a plus
Reimbursement/specialty pharmacy experience a plus
Recent product launch experience a plus
Proven, recent and documented track record for delivering consistent âtop-tierâ sales results
Strong relationships in geography with Sleep Specialists, Neurologists, Psychiatrists, Ophthalmologists a plus
Ability to travel (may in! clude overnights)
Must reside within territory geography
Ability to communicate complex clinical and reimbursement information
