MANAGERIAL/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides psychiatric professional services for Mental Health Unit inpatients, medical unit consultations, and Partial Hospitalization Program as assigned, within framework of medical staff bylaws.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training: Training and licensure as psychiatrist.
Experience: Directly related experience as a psychiatrist in inpatient, outpatient or related settings.
License/Certification: Licensed and board certified physician in the State of Washington
Skills: Knowledge of the principles and practices of psychiatric assessment with skills sufficient to assess, evaluate, diagnose, consult and provide professional psychiatric services. Skill in interviewing and communicating with others. Ability to perform the physical requirements and essential functions of the job.
