Louis Vuitton is seeking a Social Media Coordinator who is responsible in supporting all paid social campaigns across the Americas. This team member will be accountable for detailed execution of paid social campaigns for the zone, including but not limited to ad building & trafficking across 8+ social platforms. The coordinator will partner closely with the Manager of Social Media and Innovation to plan and launch campaigns in a timely and accurate manner, as well as act as a day-to-day contact for the media agency and HQ counterparts.

Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities:

Paid Social Planning & Execution

  • Partner with Manager to compile paid social campaign overviews – defining the targeting & platform strategy, creative distribution, and timelines for top management to ensure campaigns are set up for success
  • Liaise with e-commerce & merchandising teams to monitor campaign buys & stock and feature priority products in paid social ads
  • Work closely with Paris counterparts on campaign guidelines & organic assets that need real-time boosting, ie. for product launches, fashion shows, local initiatives
  • Stay abreast of new trends and capabilities across social media landscape to source brand appropriate and innovative opportunities

Quality Control, Tracking and Reporting

  • Build paid social ads , partnering closely with agency to ensure all ads feature accurate creative, copy, URLs, tagging
  • Review/approve social media test links to ensure all ad components accurately adhere to guidelines before going live
  • Liaise with media agencies on reporting & cross check metrics against platforms’ UIs to ensure all information is accurate to share back internally at LVA and globally with HQ
  • Liaise with platforms and agency (in partnership with Manager) to ensure all social activity is running efficiently
  • Work closely with Media Assistant on related finances to ensure all invoicing reflects actualized social activity
  • Assist with ad hoc requests and Media team presentations as needed

PROFIL

The ideal candidate will have experience in Media, Marketing, Communications or Advertisement. Digital savvy & tech friendly, and has a sophisticated understanding of technical abilities such as Microsoft Program (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal communication skills and can interact with all levels of management and employees. Very detail oriented and highly organized and experienced in paid social media campaigns and trafficking.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $29-30.00 per hour plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
