Office Clerk
Job Summary:
We currently have an on-site Office Clerk at a rapidly growing accounting and tax firm. You will be assisting our Marketing team in stuffing advertisements to go out as soon as possible. This could be a good way to earn money before the holidays or could evolve into a position that may become permanent in the future.
Role and Responsibilities:
- The majority of the position is Marketing Envelope stuffing.
- You will play an integral part in assisting the Marketing Team in clerical duties.
- You will have to coordinate mass mailings, improving customer experience or assisting in implementing a new customer feedback program.
- You will be expected to perform errands as needed.
- Organize and have high attention-to-detail when performing tasks.
- This position is mainly performing clerical work in an office setting.
- This involves common administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, ending and receiving faxes, answering phone calls, and minor bookkeeping.
- You will also be expected in sorting and filing documents in a daily basis.
Skills/Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of clerical experience preferred.
- You are detail-oriented, highly analytical, a skilled multi-tasker, and problem-solver
- You are self-motivated, attentive, and always follow through
- You have excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills
- You are driven to add value and continuously seek opportunities for improvement both individually and as a team.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
