Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Team and ensure smooth operations throughout the organization. This position requires excellent Communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
  • Handle quotes, sample requests, contracts, and price reviews for customers.
  • Coordinate contract renewals, templates, documentation, and floor stock agreements.
  • Collaborate with production and customer service to optimize production & shipping.
  • Coordinate customer document routing, portal requirements, and deduction research.
  • Manage freight matrix(s), shipping logistics, and customer contact information.
  • Collaborate with the compliance office, marketing team, and accounting team.
  • Sign up for marketing and prospecting shows, coordinating logistics, and representing the company at these events.
  • Prepare and evaluate pricing strategies, including import price reviews, and provide documentation and analysis.
  • Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and process timely ONSA (Open New Store Allowance) requests.
  • Coordinate the routing and completion of various customer documents, such as NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), Vendor Forms, MPA (Master Price Agreements), customer portal requirements, including updated COIs (Certificates of Insurance), and plant audits.
  • Verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies for billback renewals.
Qualifications:
  • AA Degree and/or equivalent business related experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service
  • Previous experience in sales support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in using software applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
