Auditing/Data Entry Supervisor
PRIMARY ROLE/GOAL: The primary role and goal of the Auditing/Data Entry Supervisor is to plan, organize, and direct the department in a way that ensures all work is audited, data entered and invoiced in accordance within specific program and Company guidelines for all assigned programs.
WORK HOURS/BREAKS/REPORTING:
The work hours for this position are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday unless otherwise pre-approved by the Project Director. This position carries with it a 30-minute unpaid meal break and two 15-minute paid rest breaks. Additional breaks may be required in accordance with local overtime laws. Working overtime as needed and as required by the Company is a requirement of the position. This position reports to the Project Director.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set goals for performance and deadlines that comply with Company requirements
- Organizing workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and assigned tasks.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Ensure all enrollments are audited within Company defined timelines and that enrollments meet specific program and Company requirements.
- Ensure all enrollments are data entered into Company approved databases within specified timelines.
- Ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and in accordance with Company approved timelines.
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace and take rest/lunch breaks as required.
- Fill out all related Company reports and documents honestly and accurately.
- Use good judgement at all times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Ensure adherence to legal and Company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
- Review and document department staff’s personal performance on a daily and weekly basis.
- Hire and train new employees as needed.
- Hold department meetings as needed.
- Audit enrollment forms (paper and electronic) as needed.
- Invoice completed work as needed.
- Data enter enrollments, completed measure installations, and invoice as needed.
- Create invoice, installation, rejection and other reports for management as required.
- Track and report rejected work to management on a weekly basis.
- Collect and report data for payroll purposes.
- Report any staffing needs or employment issues to management as needed.
- Set department staff lunches and break schedules Approve (or deny) all staff schedules, staff breaks, and staff lunch periods.
- Solve problems as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
- Data Entry: 2 years (Preferred)
