Front Desk Coordinator [South Africa]


 

· General Reception duties.

· Be the first point of contact for all clients on a daily basis, providing a friendly and welcoming front of house service.

· Diary and booking management.

· Ensure visibility and readiness to assist clients as and when the need arises.

· Understanding of all key services.

· Closing sales throughout the day.

· Pay and adjust any EFT payments.

· Prepare Doctors patient files.

· Put treatment schedules together if applicable and send to patients within 48 hours.

· Attend to online queries as they come through.

· Attend to general spa bookings, calls and queries.

· Check outstanding accounts with management, prepare invoices and send to clients.

· Stationery stock count and ordering of stock.

· Prepare advertising/marketing suggestions for month-end meeting.
