Job description

The responsibilities & skill set required for the role of administrator are listed below:

Role & Responsibilities

· Provide an excellent level of customer service, representing Sherry FitzGerald Durcan professionally in all dealings.

· Responsible for dealing with all incoming phone, email, mySherryFitz queries relating to the branch such as arranging viewing appointments, market appraisals, viewing times etc. Ensure timely responses and that all details are recorded accurately on the relevant RPS file.

· Ensure messages and tasks field on RPS is monitored and tasks are actioned

· Prepare Terms of Engagement and ensure all compliance documentation is on file in advance of property being made available.

· Prepare Market Appraisal kits.

· Order stationary as required.

· Boards – Oversee all board orders

· Liaise with professional photographer and download to the relevant RPS property file.

· Prepare & book newspaper adverts through RPS & send to Marketing Department.

· Responsible for the publishing of the weekly On View times through web portals.

· Update all window, LCD screens and brochure displays.

· Ensure all charges relating to a property have been correctly inputted on RPS i.e. photographer, advertising, brochure, boards etc.

· Liaise with bookkeeper/accountant on invoices, balancing/transfer accounts and deposit refunds.

· Liaise with the bookkeeper/accountant to ensure the correct allocation of pre-paid advertising on property files and ensure all buyer deposits are accurately processed.

· Process credit card payments and cheques.

· Support the office in preparation for Saturday viewings e.g. Print Diary, prepare brochures, keys/ alarm codes etc.

· Adhere to Company Policies & Procedures. Be aware of, understand, and comply with all of the relevant provisions of the PSR Act, current Anti Money Laundering, BER, RTB and Data Protection Legislation and any other legislation relevant to a property professional operating in Ireland.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: €22,000.00-€26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administration: 1 year (preferred)
