Job duties
- Designs and develops training materials
- Analyze, plan, design, develop, and implement training deliverables
- Delivers training to target audience by collaborating with business units
- Providing training results to key stakeholders
- Completes post training audits by reviewing and evaluating post implementation support
- Enhances the learner experience by ensuring the environment is conducive to learning
- Engaging subject matter experts to develop practicalapplication scenarios
- Managing associate performance and behavior during courses
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
