May also function as an attending or consulting physician for Emergency Department and/or hospital inpatients and as a member of a multidisciplinary team providing efficient and supportive care. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. CONTINUING EDUCATION & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: Professional continuing education required to maintain State of Washington medical license, State of Washington DEA; Harrison Medical Center staff privileges and all annual mandatory YED classes required by Harrison Medical Center Age Specific continuing competency requirements: Knowledge and expertise in providing general psychiatric medical care.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One year providing psychiatric physician services at an acute care psychiatric facility preferred but not required.
