The Co-Occurring Residential Program, otherwise known as CORP is nestled next to the Green River in Kent, WA. CORP, is a unique and special program that serves both men and women that typically stay anywhere between 60 â" 90 days. Our program provides them with integrated treatment planning, groups, and classes.
Some of our services include:
Full psychiatric evaluations conducted by the staff psychiatrist
Evidence-based mental health modalities Diagnosis-specific groups for residents with Schizophrenia, ! Schizoaffective, Bipolar Disorders and Traumatic Brain Injuries
Weekly mental health focus groups
Co-Educational groups and gender-specific process groups
Life-skills and time management training

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Residential Treatment Specialist is responsible of; ensuring the health and safety of clients in residence by monitoring vital signs and managing behavior; Providing physical care, social, moral, and spiritual guidance; Suggesting and recommending changes in program, policy and procedure; Providing high quality services under the least restrictive conditions feasible.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent
Course work, experience, or training in human development, chemical dependency, mental health, ! group dynamics, and/or residential treatment
Or related disciplines! desirable
