Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

To offer exceptional customer service to consumers and to the public, to relay accurate and timely information to staff and to complete wor! k in a timely, professional fashion according to current office policy and standards.
DUTIES
RESPONSIBILITIES and ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Receptionist:
1.Answers phones.
2.Greets consumers.
3.Takes messages for office staff.
4.Verifies and coordinates meeting rooms schedule.
Additional duties/Administrative Assistant:
1.Keeps track of and maintains spread sheet of Daily Summary Sheets (DSS) for clinicians. DSS are summaries of services performed by clinicians on a daily basis.
2.Order office supplies and keep list updated.
3.Schedule & Re-schedule clinician appointments.
4.Check consumer eligibility in AVATAR/Provider One data base systems.
5.Schedule & Re-schedule psychiatrist appointments for consumers.
6.Maintains mail Log (daily).
7.Coordinating and maintaining mail stamp machine.
8.Copies and coordinates Medical Records request! s (Outpatient, Jail, GAU).
9.Filing-Outpatient.
10.Doc! ument review and correction.
11.Assisting in building maintenance - includes working with janitorial service and contractors.
12.Entering data into survey monkey for Quarterly QA.
13. Member of CF&CS Wenatchee-Safety Committee.
14.Other Administrative assistant duties as assigned.

1.Assure discreet handling of all business.
2.Practice confidentiality in accordance of agency policy.
Other:
1.Provide routine office support such as making copies, faxing, and answering phones.
QUALIFICATIONS
The following requirements are those that are normally required for performance of this position. Physical Requirements: This position normally requires the! physical demands of standing, walking, bending, lifting or performing other work requiring low physical exertions, talking and hearing and adequate vision on a regular basis to perform job requirements. These physical demands are required up to 90-% of the time.
Non-Physical Requirement:
1.Education: minimum of high school diploma required with office experience.
2.Experience: Two years of office work with a preference given to bi-lingual candidates.
3. Special Skills:
a.Pleasant, welcoming and friendly demeanor with staff and clients.
b.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
c.Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
d.Detailed oriented and able to multitask.
e.Computer word processing using Microsoft packages.
f.Experienced use of standard office equipment, including computer, copier, fax, phone, calculator, TTY, or other equipment found in work unit.
g.Maintain a positive, team-ori! ented service attitude toward clients and staff.
h.Excellent commun! ication skills.
4.Licenses, Registration, or Certification:
